Your child must be
-3 on or before December 31 in order to register for the 3 year old program
-4 on or before February 28 in order to register for the 4 year old program

-Alberta Health Care Number
-Legal land description/Emergency Address Locator/House Address/Phone Numbers of Child and Emergency Contacts
-A copy of your child's up to date immunization records
-$50.00 non refundable registration fee with $30 going towards September's fees
